Shipping Times & Rates

 

All orders will be shipped via CanadaPostÒ for domestic purchases for Canada and the United States or Ò for all international purchases. Please allow 4-5 business days for domestic shipments and 7-14 business days for international shipments to receive your order. Items ordered together may not always ship together. Items on special orders may take longer. You may verify the status of your order online via your customer profile or by contacting our customer service at 1-844-333-1753. 

 

Personalized Engagement and Wedding Rings: Please allow 2-3 days to deliver customized rings. These items on special orders may take longer. 

 

How to place an order on CXjewellers.com?

 

Ordering on cxjewellers.com is easy and safe. Follow the direction through the checkout process to complete your order. Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, click on the "ADD TO CART" button to place it in your Cart. All prices shown on www.cxjewellers.com are in Canadian Dollars. 

 

Your order will not be placed until the end of the checkout process, when you will be asked for your credit card and personal information for shipping details. 

 

You may also order over the phone by calling our customer service line at 1-844-333-1753. Representatives are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM EST, Saturday from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM EST.

CX Jewellers may refuse to cancel a purchase if there is any ongoing dispute concerning payment of a prior order or if CX Jewellers suspects that the purchase is in any way fraudulent or violated any Terms and Conditions* 

 

 

Can I ship my order to an international location? 

 

CX Jewellers offers our entire collection of jewellery to customers worldwide; any international order can be placed through our website. Please note that you’re billing and shipping addresses must be within a single country to place an order. Duty fees may apply. 

 

FedEx International Priority will ship all international orders shipped outside North America. International orders are subject to a shipping fee, and shipping times may vary for each destination along with custom processing. 

 

CX Jewellers cannot reroute packages once they have been shipped. 

 

CX Jewellers insures and registers all items for their total value to ensure your order is risk-free during shipment. For added security, a signature will be required upon delivery for orders over $500.00. An adult must be available at the address indicated to sign for receipt. 

 

Is my International Order subject to duties? 

 

Customs policies vary depending on the country. Before receiving your CX Jewellers order, the customs office of the destination country may apply import duties and other charges. All payments required for customs clearance will be the responsibility of the Customer.  

 

All duties will be applied by the customs office of the country to which the order is delivered. Duties will calculate based on the rates in effect on the date your order ships. Please contact your customs office for orders shipping to other countries if you require information regarding applicable duty rates. 

 

 

RETURN PROCESS FAQS

 

How can I make returns and exchanges? 

 

Certain items are accepted for return or exchange. Personalized and customizable rings are subject to exclusions. Each item must be accompanied by a sales receipt and must not show signs of wear. 

 

A refund will only be issued to the purchaser upon request if payment has been received. The refund to the purchaser will be in the form of the original tender. 

 

If a Customer wishes to return a product, then such person must comply with the following steps: 

 

  1. Call Customer Service at 1-844-333-1753 to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). This number is required prior to returning any product purchased from our e-boutique by internet or by phone; 

 

  1. Fill out the Form sent by our Customer Service Representative with the required information, and list the applicable Return Authorization Number (RAN) on the return/exchange form; 

 

  • All returned items must include the return/exchange form and all its accessories and any original documents, including the Warranty, all diamond certificates (a replacement fee per certificate will be charged otherwise), and all other accompanying materials and documents. Along with the original packaging; 

 

  1. Seal the delivery package and affix it with the prepaid delivery label sent to you by our Customer Service representative (only applies to North American customers). International Customers must pay for return shipping; 

 

  1. Bring the package to any CanadaPost office if residing within Canada or FedEx location for all other countries. 

 

Should the Customer decide to return a purchased item within 30 days, must keep proof of return shipment and its tracking number, and CX Jewellers accepts no liability in the event that such proof cannot be produced. 

 

Returns take approximately five business days to process upon receipt of the item. All items returned will be subject to quality control, to which we will inspect and verify the condition of each item upon return. Any returns showing signs of wear or those that have been customized or personalized will not be accepted for return. 

 

Conditions to Return a Product. 

 

All CX Jewellers products must be returned and must show no signs of wear and be in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them (if applicable), as well with the original CX Jewellers box and delivery package, including all accessories and documents. CX Jewellers will not accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original form. 

 

All merchandise made as a special or personalized order cannot be returned to CX Jewellers for exchange, credit, or refund. Some exclusions may apply. Please call a Customer Service representative for more information. 

 

CX Jewellers will refuse any return that does not pass quality control, and the products will be sent back to the Customer as per the applicable situation. 

 

Exchanges.

 

Customers may be permitted to exchange a product purchased on our website or by phone through our Customer Service for another CX Jewellers product if the product to be exchanged is within the thirty (30) day return policy. 

 

CX Jewellers will send an invoice to the Customer's email address, which will specify the value of the returned product, the price of the item paid with the product that has been exchanged, and the difference to be paid by the Customer. If the returned product is less expensive than the item exchanged, a Gift Receipt will be issued to the Customer for the price difference. 

 

Defective Products. CX Jewellers is cautious in ensuring that each product complies with our quality assurance and that it has passed all our technical and aesthetic quality criteria.

 

Nevertheless, if any Customer receives a product with any manufacturing defect, you may return it to CX Jewellers per our return policy. Upon reception of the item, CX will inspect the product and rate the product as defective. Please be aware that any items damaged due to normal wear and tear are not considered defective. 

 

If your CX product is declared defective by our company, the following solution is proposed to the Customer, if applicable: 

 

  1. CX may send you the same product as the original purchase; 
  2. CX may exchange the product for another CX jewellery equivalent to the purchase price, or higher, in which case the Customer will be required to pay only the difference. 

 

How Much is Return Shipping? 

 

CX Jewellers offers complimentary shipping for all domestic manufacturing defects and exchanges, including in Canada and the United States. All customers must pay a shipping fee for refunds and resizing. Exclusions may apply for international orders. 

 

Will my CX Jewellers purchase arrive gift-wrapped? 

 

All CX Jewellers purchases arrive in our signature CX box, with a CX felt pouch. 

 

Will I be charged a sales tax on my CX Jewellers purchase? 

 

The sales tax associated with your purchase will be calculated when your purchase is made, at which you will receive a Confirmation of the Order. 

 

For orders shipped in Ontario – 13% (Harmonized Sales Tax) will be applied. 

 

For orders shipped to British Columbia – 12% HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) will be applied.

 

For orders shipped to Saskatchewan – 5% GST (Goods and Services Tax) and 5% PST (Provincial Sales Tax) will be applied. 

 

For orders shipped to Manitoba – 5% GST and 8% PST will be applied.

 

For orders to Quebec – 14.975% (Quebec Sales Tax) will be applied. 

 

For orders shipped to Prince Edward Island – 5% GST and 10% PST (applied to the sale and GST combined) will be applied. 

 

For orders shipped to Alberta, Northwest Territories, Yukon Territories, and Nunavut – 5% GST will be applied. There is no PST.

 

For orders shipped to New Brunswick, Newfoundland, and Labrador – 13% HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) will be applied. 

 

For orders shipped to Nova Scotia – 15%HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) will be applied. 

 

For our international Customers, they are exempted from the sales tax.

May I return a customized Item?

 

Due to the customized item, CX Jewellers does not offer the possibility of exchange, credit, or refund. Exclusions may apply. Please contact customer service for more information concerning your item. 

 

Are CX Jewellers products insured when shipped? 

 

CX Jewellers is responsible for all orders until the package is delivered to the Customer. Please contact a customer service agent if your order details indicate that the package was delivered but received nothing. If the package goes missing, CX Jewellers may choose to open an investigation with the carriers to determine the responsible party.

How do I care for my diamond? 

 

Dust, pollution, and daily wear all cloud the appearance of the brilliance of a gemstone and dull the surface of gold. CX Jewellers suggests that your jewellery receive periodic professional maintenance. Between professional cleanings, CX Jewellers recommends the occasional use of a non-abrasive cleaner for diamond and gold jewellery. A mild solution of six parts water to one part ammonia may be applied with a soft bristle brush. Jewellery with stones other than diamonds may need further care.

How should I store and organize my jewellery? 

 

It is essential to store your jewellery when traveling correctly, to move, or even while at home. Keep jewellery in a storage box away from the elements whenever possible and separate to prevent certain pieces from becoming tangled or disarranged.  

 

Storing jewellery at home: if your jewellery is used frequently, avoid excessive exposure to air and keep it in a tarnish-proof cloth, such as a flannel pouch provided with your CX Jewellery piece or our very own CX Storage Case (they can click the link to view the case) our storage case are lined with tarnish-proof fabric and have a separate space for each piece, all bound by genuine leather. 

 

Packing jewellery when traveling: it is essential to keep jewellery organized and protected while traveling. We recommend storing items in our CX Storage Case when traveling with several pieces. It will protect the jewellery from becoming tangled or disarranged. Make sure items are away from clothing to prevent snags. Wear or carry any valuable pieces with you in case your luggage is lost. 

 

Packing jewellery for a Move: when moving, keep all items in their permanent storage location. If you use a jewellery box, wrap and package individual pieces and place them back in the box. Once all pieces have been protected and stored, secure your jewellery box with moving materials like any other piece of furniture.

How should I clean my diamond ring? 

 

To clean your CX diamond ring, use a soft brush with a solution of mild dish soap and lukewarm water. Rinse well and dry with a clean and soft cloth. 

 

Does Gold Tarnish? 

 

Gold does tarnish and scratch over time. To preserve the luster of your gold jewellery, avoid exposure to household bleach and other cleaning products, which will quickly cause gold to discolor and possibly disintegrate. We recommend that you store your gold jewellery in a safe place when engaging in these activities: 

 

  • Performing household and outdoor chores (i.e., cleaning and gardening);
  • Showering, bathing or swimming pools, hot tubs, hot springs, and the ocean; 
  • Using lotion, hair products, fragrances, and other cosmetics;

How to remove scratches from gold? 

 

Only polishing will remove scratches from gold. The polishing process removes metal and is only recommended to be carried out a few times over the life of the piece of jewellry.

What is the CX Diamond Certificate and Lifetime Warranty?

 

The CX Diamond Certificate is given to all our Customers by CX Jewellers to certify the authenticity and integrity of all CX Diamonds. Each certificate comes with a GIA authentication certification. 

 

Unlike the documentation that may accompany stones purchased elsewhere, the CX Diamond certificate is backed up by CX's full lifetime Warranty. For details about this Warranty, please contact a CX sales professional or Click Here for more info. 

 

The CX Lifetime Warranty provides reassurance for manufacturing defects on all CX Jewellery. If you experience damage to your purchase due to manufacturing, we recommend you contact us so we may evaluate your piece of jewellery. We offer complimentary shipping back to the Customer for all warrantied repairs. Repairs that are not covered under the lifetime warranty will have a price quoted to the Customer for approval before any work is performed. 

 

If a warranty issue to found, CX Jewellers will repair the warrantied damage or replace the item without charge. 

 

All jewellery can be affected by normal wear, activities, or trauma Rings, primarily since hands are actively used and subject to daily pressure. Our manufacturing warranty excludes coverage for wear and tear, product loss, or theft. Coverage also excludes damage or loss caused by a failure to obtain the repairs required to preserve the integrity of the jewellery. Repair or service performed by a jeweler other than CX Jewellers will void the Warranty. 

 

What is CX doing about the problem of conflict diamonds? 

 

CX Jewellers is committed to sourcing our materials ethically and sustainably. Our company has a responsibility to encompass environmentally and social practices when it comes to sourcing, we believe that this responsibility is of the utmost importance. 

 

CX has a zero-tolerance policy toward conflict diamonds. We have taken extreme steps to ensure that conflict diamonds do not enter our inventory. CX buys diamonds directly from our sister company's mines at CX Trading Global Inc. and countries participating in the Kimberly process.

What is the CX Diamond Certificate? 

 

CX maintains the highest grading standards but also holds itself accountable for the accuracy of its diamonds. The CX Diamond Certificate certifies the authenticity, integrity, and grades of our CX Diamonds and is backed by our Full Lifetime Warranty. Our Diamond reports include those from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) and the International Gemological Institute (IGI), carry guarantees and disclaimers and diamond grades.

Does my engagement ring come with a Lifetime Warranty? 

 

Yes, the CX Diamond certificate is backed by a Full Lifetime Warranty, our written promise that the information provided on the Diamond Certificate is valid at the point of sale. The Warranty states that at any point in the purchaser's lifetime if it is ever discovered that the diamond differed in quality from what the CX Diamond Certificates state at the time of purchase. CX will either offer a full refund or replace the diamond with a diamond matching the correct quality displayed on the certificate or better.

How do I resize my engagement ring? Are there any restrictions?

 

We offer to resize for all CX engagement ring purchases. To have your ring resized, please contact our Customer Service at 1-844-333-1753 to speak to one of our Customer Representatives. While there are no restrictions on resizing, we recommend resizing your ring multiple times. If you are unsure about your ring size, view our size guide or book a virtual appointment with a Diamond Expert to have a consultation about your ring size. 

 

CX Jewellers offers one (1) resizing for all rings, including engagement rings. When a ring is resized to certain personal specifications, the ring becomes a final sale.

Can you put an engagement ring on layaway? 

 

No, CX Jewellers does not offer engagement ring layaway options. However, CX has a financing option available as a payment method in North America and certain International Countries that allows you to pay off an engagement ring purchase, subject to credit check approval and interest-free APR.

Where can I report a possible counterfeit design or a suspected website selling CX knockoffs?

 

CX Jewellers rigorously protects its intellectual property rights. Please direct all tips about counterfeit designs, trademark infringements, and websites selling CX Jewellers replicas or knockoffs at BrandProtection@cx.com. 

 

The CX Jewellers Brand Protection evaluates and tracks all notifications submitted. However, we cannot respond to each notification individually due to the high volume of submissions received. 

 

Does CX authenticate merchandise?

Yes. CX Jewellers offers 18k White Gold, 18k Rose Gold, and 18k Yellow Gold. For more information about these options, please contact us.

  1. Choose a setting: select a ring setting to pair with your diamond. 
  2. Choose your diamond: choose from thousands of Conflict Free Diamonds. 
  • Choose your metal: CX offers a choice of Yellow, White, or Rose Gold Metal.
